Fees

I currently charge £50 for a 50-minute counselling session. Sessions are on a once-weekly basis.

It is important that you feel comfortable with the counsellor you choose. Feel free to contact me for an introductory session (50 minutes, £50), in which you can have the opportunity to ask me further questions and for us to get a sense of whether we would like to work together as client and counsellor. In this session, I will also ask you some background questions so that I can understand your needs within the therapy, and what kind of issues you would like to explore in our sessions.
