I offer Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, and my intention is to provide you with a reparative, nourishing and warm counselling relationship. To offer you the best possible support, I draw from a range of counselling approaches and techniques. My counselling style is intuitive, gentle and open-minded.
I am English and French, and therefore can offer counselling sessions in both languages. Please get in touch if you would be interested in French language counselling and I can provide you with more information in French.
I have a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I am fully qualified, and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am currently working towards accreditation with BACP.
I have worked extensively with clients who have experienced abuse, trauma, PTSD and domestic violence, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and body issues. I have a professional background in supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
Having lived in many different countries, including Guatemala, where I worked for a year as a counsellor with clients from a range of backgrounds, I am sensitive to cultural diversity. I am open minded to different approaches to mental health support, and have an interest in music, dance, and nature.
